How ListerBeast uses the Etsy API

Authorization
Sellers connect via Etsy's OAuth 2.0 flow with PKCE. We request read-only scopes: shops_r, listings_r, transactions_r. We do not request write access and never change listings on Etsy.
Data use
Data is used only to provide analysis to the seller who authorized it, and is never shown to other users. Public listing data (for keyword competition and competitor tracking) is fetched only through Etsy's public API endpoints. We do not scrape Etsy.
Rate limits and caching
Our client rate-limits requests, backs off on errors and retries safely. Shop data is refreshed on a schedule and on demand, and kept only while the shop is connected or until the seller deletes it.
Disconnecting
Disconnecting deletes stored tokens immediately. You can also remove ListerBeast from your Etsy account settings under Apps.
